A TRAIL RUN/WALK IN HONOR OF VETERANS
Join us for a fun morning trekking through the beautiful trails at W.C. Johnson Park in Collierville. This run/walk in the name of veterans is hosted by Collierville High School freshman, Ben Emerson. Last year, as part of his Eagle Scout Project, Ben raised over $17,000 for our veterans. This year, he hopes to raise even more to send D-Day veterans back to France in June for the 75th anniversary of the invasion. Please join us. You'll have the chance to meet some of our heroes who will be there to cheer you on.
SATURDAY, APRIL 6, 2019

*This is NOT a sanctioned run event. The terrain consists of paved and dirt paths, as well as board walk.
HONOR YOUR VETERAN
Here is a wonderful opportunity to honor the veteran in your life, both past and present. Sponsor a yard sign that celebrates your veteran. These will be placed along the route as a reminder of why our runners run…to give honor to these heroes.
BEN EMERSON, RACE DIRECTOR
Boasting a love of running and veterans, this event has become a personal mission for Ben. With the remarkable success of the Freedom Run 5k last year, he is back at it again with an even more ambitious goal. Partner with him in changing the lives of senior veterans!
